As a college student, there are many different pieces of your life moving in all different directions and at different speeds, thus making it difficult at times to juggle them all. On top of class, friends, clubs, Greek life, and work, it is often hard to find time for ourselves during our college careers. While this is a piece that is difficult to make time for, it is crucial in order to ensure happiness and health. In the past two years of being a student, I have gone through periods of being selfish with my time and being selfless with my time. I have found that balancing these are vital to creating your own happiness. In times of selflessness, I find myself helping others in their day-to-day struggles, focusing more energy on Greek life and work, and attempting to do well in class. In times of selfishness, I find myself focusing on my health and happiness; eating well and being active play a substantial role in accomplishing these tasks. Both tasks are difficult to focus on when our lives get busy and time is limited. Throughout this blog, you will find various recipes that are both quick and easy to make and take on the go with you to class, work or whatever other activities that consume your time. You will also find a multitude of ways to stay active, whether that be getting outside and adventuring, or hitting the gym with hard, speedy workouts. To stay active and eat well with our busy schedules, this blog will give examples that are time and cost efficient. I hope for this blog to be relatable to college students with full, busy schedule while helping them establish habits that will help enrich their lives for their years in college and as they leap into the real world. https://www.instagram.com/healthyminutemeals/ https://www.instagram.com/quickfitworkouts/ https://www.nourishmovelove.com
